Event Time: Saturday, April 26th, 2025, from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Set-up Time: Friday, April 25th, 2025, 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM and April 26th 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM

Booths: Will be assigned spaces upon arrival

Booth Information and Rules

• Vendor-Food Vendors Must Contact Directly before registering

• Do not have to be Scottish, but highly encouraged to decorate or sell Scottish items.

• Be family friendly.

• Follow applicable laws, rules, and regulations of local government agencies

• Be set up and ready to go by 9 AM and remain set up until 5 PM on the day of the event.

• Please do not hang anything via nails, screws, or any adhesive to any structure.

• No tents under the pavilions. Can use frame without canopy to hang merchandise. Tent must not extend booth lines.

• Must provide own tables and chairs

• Must accurately represent their goods or services in the application.

• Submitting of application does not guarantee approval of acceptance as a vendor but does represent vendor agreement to the event rules.

• Charitable Organizations

• Must prove 501c3 status when requesting booth space for no charge.

• Will be assigned booth space in the pavilion and must adhere to all rules for other vendors.

• Any sales of goods or services must be preapproved by the event organizer and not in direct conflict with another vendor.

• Event Organizer

• Reserves the right to refuse any application and refund money prior to event, and request any vendor or group not following rules to leave the day of event with no refund.

• Will provide onsite security.

• Will assign booth locations and parking areas.

• No public WIFI is provided for credit or debit card machines.

• Refund Policy-No Refunds

• Rain or Shine - After acceptance of application and payment, no refunds will be given unless event is cancelled by organizer. This event is being held as a charity fundraiser, and all net proceeds will be given to the designated charity.
